Living In Prophetic Times

We live in a world of competing ideas and worldviews. In an increasingly globalized and interconnected world, Christians are more aware of (and influenced by) disparate views than ever. But just how much have other worldviews crept into Christians’ perspectives? Barna’s research shows that only 17 percent of Christians who consider their faith important and attend church regularly actually have a biblical worldview 1 . So, if Christians are open to nonbiblical perspectives, what  are  they believing? In partnership with Summit Ministries, Barna conducted a study among practicing Christians in America to gauge how much the tenets of other key worldviews—including new spirituality, secularism, postmodernism and Marxism—have influenced Christians’ beliefs about the way the world is and how it ought to be. Communists taking over Christian churches by putting themselves on managing boards The communists in communist China long have worked to destroy the Christian church there. They've required that churches be "registered" with the government, and "approved." They've attacked, repeatedly, anyone who tries to hold a church service without that government stamp. And now they've decided to simply go and install themselves on the boards that make decisions for churches. The report is from  the Barnabas Fund,  a worldwide Christian ministry to the persecuted church.

With all that is going on in the world many are wondering about what the Bible calls the end times.  This blog is going to introduce people who have confusion, or just want to get a fresh perspective on what is going on.  This blog is primarily for those who are Christians, however those who are seekers will fine info and instruction. I will be looking at relationship with Jesus Christ. Searching out the scriptures. Adding videos of teaching or preaching. Prayer times. Prophecy Are we in the last days? How to lead an overcoming life. Healing for today. Do you know there is a difference between the anointing and the presence of God Almighty.  The anointing of the Holy Spirit brings about teaching and administration of the gifts of the Spirit.  Words of wisdom and knowledge and miracles.  The very presence of God brings a different a more intimate and powerful touch.  God is holy and He expect us to be holy as well.  The four living beings found in Revelation stood before the throne crying day and night, Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty.  Who was and is and is to come.  In that presence mortal flesh would cease to exist.  Yet I desire His presence.  I long for it, for in that do we begin to walk before Him blameless.  O Lord God let me move into the very throne room of Heaven.
